Where to Park
We have car parking with over 2,000 spaces and there is designated disabled car parking and coach parking close to the entrance.
Note: Owners park in the car park at their own risk, the land owners, or the Organisers of Military World Show will not be responsible for any damage or loss to vehicles or their contents.
The nearest mainline train station to Abingdon is Oxford, with connecting busses (city4, run by the Oxford Bus Company) from Oxford Centre and the Station to the airfield.
The nearest stop to the entrance Shippon (Barrow Road) stop, which is about half a mile from the airfield entrance (just walk along Barrow Road).
Once inside the airfield it is about one mile further along the perimeter track to the showground.
There is also the cityX3 service with fewer stops. This links Oxford to Abingdon and you would need to get a taxi from Abingdon town centre to Abingdon Airfield (Southern Entrance – not Dalton Barracks entrance).
You can buy train tickets online from South Eastern Railway for more information on times & prices from your location station
